Melinda Lee is a renowned Presentation Skills Expert, Speaking Coach, and Motivational Speaker with a passion for helping leaders amplify their voices and influence. With an M.A. in Organizational Psychology, certifications as an Insights Practitioner, Certified Professional in Talent Development, and expertise in Conflict Resolution, she brings a unique, multi-disciplinary approach to her work.

For over a decade, Melinda has dedicated herself to understanding and harnessing the state of "flow," a powerful, research-backed technique she uses to help corporate leaders, business owners, and teams present with authenticity, confidence, and impact.
