Life is marked by change and professional journeys are rarely a straight path. Especially in the heart of Silicon Valley, technology, market forces, and the people around us seem in almost constant flux. Even a welcome change such as a promotion or starting an ideal business can feel like an insurmountable monolith that makes us anxious or fearful.

By reframing a seemingly monolithic change as a stepwise transition, we can focus our energy on managing our activities on the path to the success we want. Transitions are opportunities to strengthen your skills, draw on your experience, and engage others in support of your journey.

Suzanne ElNaggar is passionate about helping people successfully manage and effect transitions in their professional lives. As a Certified Professional Coach, Suzanne has harnessed her experience with professional transitions to help clients find their footing as new leaders, create their ideal niche in their organizations, discover qualities about themselves that they didn’t realize made them stand out, and tap the values they hold that would guide them to their new path.

Suzanne brings years of experience in leadership roles and developing team members to her coaching practice. She is also an active volunteer with the Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship, working as an executive mentor to social entrepreneurs to build their skills as leaders and prepare them to meet with investors and secure funding for their next stage of growth.
