By purchasing tickets or confirming sponsorship, you agree that all sales are final and non-refundable. Sponsorship commitments are binding once confirmed, and payment is due within 30 days of invoice (or prior to the event). Tickets may be transferred with at least 72 hours’ notice. All tickets/seats must be filled or submitted by February 13th.  Any empty seats will be forfeited and filled at the discretion of the Chamber. In the event of rescheduling, tickets and sponsorships will be honored for the new date; if the event is cancelled, credits may be offered at the Organizer’s discretion.
