Jaime Orendac, SPHR-CA, SHRM-SCP, has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field, working for such Silicon Valley companies as IBM, and Cisco Systems. Her corporate generalist background includes responsibilities for employment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, company policies and procedures and Federal/State regulation compliance.
