The firm is led by Jaspreet Singh, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Jose State University. Prior to founding the firm, Jaspreet worked as an auditor at Ernst & Young (EY), one of the Big Four accounting firms, where he gained extensive experience in auditing, financial reporting, accounting processes, and financial statement preparation. He combines technical expertise with a client-focused approach to provide practical tax and accounting solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.

Outside of work, Jaspreet enjoys watching and playing sports, traveling, and hiking with family and friends.
