With over two decades of experience in the funeral and cemetery industry, I’ve had the honor of serving families across multiple roles at Oak Hill Funeral Home, the San Jose Service Center, and the San Jose Personal Care Center—each located in the heart of San Jose, CA. My background includes a wide range of administrative and operational positions such as Receptionist, Weekend Accounts Payable Administrator, Weekend Arrangement Office Administrator, Service Center Dispatcher, Death Certificate Clerk, SOX Reviewer, Service Excellence Reviewer, and Personal Care Center Dispatcher.

Each of these roles has deepened my understanding of the funeral care process and strengthened my commitment to service, accuracy, and compassion. Today, I bring that experience to my current role as a Pre-Planning Advisor, where I work closely with individuals and families to guide them through the process of making arrangements in advance. My goal is to help reduce emotional stress and protect loved ones from unexpected financial burdens by ensuring every detail is thoughtfully prepared before the time of need arises.

I take great pride in being a trusted resource in the San Jose community and am passionate about providing peace of mind to those I serve.
