Black Swan Consulting, Inc. (BSCI) was founded by Sydonie Neysmith, a corporate strategist with two decades of experience in financial planning, data systems, and enterprise strategy. Her leadership spans Fortune 500 firms and global healthcare organizations, where she advised executives, led complex CAPEX initiatives, and built decision-support systems across diverse sectors.

Originally established in 2012, BSCI evolved into a strategy consulting firm in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, positioning itself to meet urgent needs with clarity, precision, and scale.

Today, BSCI equips mission-driven organizations with the insight, tools, and strategy to lead transformative change across systems.
