We encourage HR leaders and experts to participate in an informative webinar focusing on navigating the new requirements surrounding Workplace Violence Prevention (Senate Bill 553). The presentation, led by Hoge Fenton, will cover the requirements for employers to (1) log all incidents of “workplace violence” (as defined by the law), (2) create and maintain a written plan for workplace violence prevention that satisfies the requirements set forth in the law, and (3) provide training when you establish the plan and annually thereafter, as well as provide training to all new hires and whenever the plan is updated.
